I would get her an engravable necklace, or braclet and engrave something that means something to you into it. She will cherish it forever. It is better than clothes, because you grow out of clothes or they go out of style, and its better than a gift card to some place because they dont last, the money is eventually spent. Buy her something that is heartfelt and meaningful and that she can look back on and cherish forever. Good luck!

You should have flowers sent to her on her birthday, for starters... then, a great present. I don't know what kind of thing she'd like, though.
