Our dog is about 9 yrs old. She has been an outside dog but because of her age we are wanting to bring her inside. The problem: ALLERGIES. Is there something out there (that someone has tried and it has worked) that helps control excess shedding and pet dander? Looking for advice before heading to the store.

it called brushing regularly. dogs shed and that's that and dander comes for the same reason we get it. so keep him clean and brush him at least once a day and do it outside so the hair doesn't stay inside. good luck

I have seen this stuff advertised in the vets office and also at the local pet stores, that eliminates the problem you are talking about, I cant recall the name of the stuff though. I was going to look into it myself, I have the same problem with my dog. Sorry I couldn't be more help to you, but there is something out there for just that problem.

There's ABSOLUTELY *NOTHING* you can put *IN* or *ON* any animal to stop shedding!!

***NOTHING***!!!!
Don't waste your time & MONEY!
And....bringing it in this time of year will GUARANTEE a HUGE amount of sheding as it tries to adjust to FURNACE after the outdoor temps!!!
