It's perfectly normal just like humans they needs to sneeze too but if it is constantly sneezes like a few times within an hour i would be worried. I am a new cockatiel owner and I've done alot of reading up on them. This site http://www.cockatielcottage.net/ is the best 1 i have found so far it covers cockatiel's sneezing and a bunch of other interesting stuff check it out you'll be glad you did, i was . Now i feel so much better about owning this bird. Good Luck :)

It has dust in it's Nairs (nostrils) if it continually sneezing try putting it in a room with cleaner air, if the sneezing persists consult your vet, it could have something stuck in one of it's nairs.

It because they have feather dander and they shake it loose when they flap there wings and its gets in there ceres (nose to non bird ppl) so they sneeze to clear it out. I raise them and they are dusty lil things but adorable.
