This BS with President Chavez and pro immigration enities attempting to incite native americans into joining their cause is what I consider to be a risk to national security and should be aggressively addressed. What do you think?

The "Spores" were here first, then Dinosaurs were second, then the Birds, then the Caveman.

Chavez was a National Security Risk the minute he allowed his country to be a staging area for terrorists and giving them false documentation to get American Visa's.

When Chavez said, he embraces Iran and tells the world he hates America. He should have been dubbed security risk.

Our politicans see it differently. They reward him by buying Venezuelan voting machines and letting them run the show.

I could care less about Chavez... it's the hypocrites that should show a little decency and admit that Mexico has been watching our backs (like it's own) against terrorism for the last hundred years too... way before 9-11 !

There are many pro's and con's to this issue. This is just what appalls me at the moment.

He assumes that all native Americans are pro-Mexican, and forgets the native Americans who fought FOR the US cause for independance from Mexico. He also forgets the number of Tejanos, Californios, and others who were born as Mexican citizens and yet fought for independence from Mexico. He forgets that California was a soveriegn republic for two years after breaking away from Mexico. He conveniently forgets that part of history that argues against him.

Native Indians were robbed of their land and livelihood, no doubt about it. But that happened a long time ago and it serves no meaningful purpose to bring it now. We can only learn from our mistakes, but can't undo them.
