My guess is that you have a proprietary file extension and format from Photoshop for that program, which will show it to you, but not allow use elsewhere.

What you have to do is got to the menu, and pick the FILE, SAVE AS, option, and find the FILE TYPES - and pick .JPG or .BMP which are more universally used.

Three other options are 1) Read the manual on how to export to a common file type (you can get the manual on line if you do not have it), 2) Find the File Export option yourself in the program, or 3) Ask in the Computer section of Yahoo Answers, and 4) Call the company for help.
