actually they are.. they help u with wrinkles and give you more shine to your skin, not only does it help your skin but it also helps your heart and slows a tumor growth... pomegranates are soo good!

Yes they are. They are also great in salads or just eating them..They are also great for fighting cancer..I believe this is one of the best fruits out there..It makes your skin healthy looking and soft..It also helps to prevent oily or dry skin..
