I have a 1972 Ford pickup and I think the float is stuck in the carburetor, is there a way to fix it without tearing it COMPLETELY apart??

Does gas come out of the tube at the top of the carb? Tube next to the hold down bolt? If yes, then it is the float or the needle valve stuck. It could be a little dirt in a bad place. Tap on the float bowl, it should unstick it. But if it does not, then you have a float that is most likely full of gas. Or the dirt in the neelde valve seat.

a small tap will unstick the float but it will happen again, so replace or repair.
