All of the Carbon Dioxide emitted by all of the humans that ever lived on Earth doesn't equal even a percentage of that produced by one vocanic erruption.
Blaming humans for Carbon Dioxide is like blaming an ant standing on your bathroom scale for your weight gain.

I'm sorry, but I don't think it's religiousness or non-religiousness that will determine if someone believes your theory. I think it's the maturity to know logic and scientific principle. Your theory doesn't make sense. No offense. But you need to do some research. Shutting down the ocean currents will cause an ice age, not the other way around. Earth has a long history of ice ages. There are zero instances of the oceans mysteriously disappearing. Where will the water vapor go?
And even if it did happen that way, it wouldn't be by fire. Water boils at 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C. Fire doesn't occur at that low of a temperature.

First of all Christianity is not against science. Whatever is said in Bible is truth but it depends on the way it is interpreted. The human being including myself using natural resources at a very high rate. And it is harming environment everyday. But mother nature has the cure for everything. It can clean the earth or other planet in the forms of hurricanes, tornado's, volcano's tsunami, earthquakes. The debates have been going on global warming but it seems like it will be too late when the world will actually do some thing other then talking in 5 star hotels about green house gasses.

The bible says: 2Thes.2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Lets hope that it coincides w. the next Ice Age that they promised us at school in the 70's and was (probably) just as bogus. The reason the politicians have latched on to the greenhouse theory is that they can create a whole new sanctimonious raft of green taxes, they can exempt themselves and give the 'scientists' a fraction of the money collected to keep 'proving' the basis for their funding. The Ice caps melted before and we have had at least 3 Ice Ages that we know of, the same scientists wouldn't bet their funding on what the weather will be next week.

Sorry, but your theory does not hold up to science. Oceanic/plant life would keep the meager amount of CO2, produced by a greatly increased population, in check.
If one wants the world destroyed "by fire", then all we have to do is ensure the continued proliferation of nuclear warheads.
Or how about a simple comet or asteroid collision? It was good enough for the dinosaurs, why not mankind?

This is one way to look at it. Although I think if God will destroy by fire, it will be abrupt and much more fierceful than the slow evolution of man-made destruction through CO2. In the Koran, God is quoted as saying that the Earth will explode and that mountains will become like "spun cotton", much like the effects of a nuclear mushroom.

God will burn up all the rudiments of the earth.
Note the meaning of rudiments as used in the Bible.
The Earth will not be destroyed, this is God's favorite place in the universe, he will come here to spend the rest of time, of which there is no end. Heaven is wherever God is.

As soon as the ocean current is shut down, it would bring about another ice age, and not burn the world up.

You're right, the Bible DOES say that the earth will be destroyed by fire, that is a pretty good theory. Although i wouldn't want anyone to boil to death...
