My aunt is the same way. What she does is only buys candy every once in a while. If there is no candy to eat, you cant eat it. There is like never candy at her house. Theres some leftover from Haloween. Thats like what I mean. She buys just a little bit for special occasions. So just dont keep candy at your house, or tell the adult you live with to hide the candy from you. That is what I would do. And when you want some he/she can get some out for you. Hope this helps. Peace out. Luv/Kodi

Sometimes when I get a craving where I *HAVE* to have candy, I go for the sugar free or low fat/fat free kind. Or I'll chew the heck out of gum. But be careful with that sugar free stuff! It will have adverse effects on you're bowels if you eat too many! (Oh, the pain of an entire package of sugar free chocolate. . . it almost makes you not want to eat it again for a loooooooooong time!)

I'm a "candy face" too! :) What I do to reduce my candy consumption is brush my teeth. After I have that nice, minty taste in my mouth, I'm less inclined to chomp on some gooey, sugary candy.
Also, FYI, many times when our body seems to be craving something sweet, what it actually is craving is water.

Throw your Halloween candy away, or give it to someone who wants it.

Give it to your friends.
You are doing a good thing but it's also helping you out.
Or you can just throw it away. XD
