i told one of my best friends(we'll call her cindy) i liked a boy @ school(we'll call him justin), and a few months later cindy decided she liked him too. Then i guess justin found out, then they were going out. then came football season. cindy, justin, and i would all go 2 the varsity games, but cindy was in band, so justin and i talked sometimes. he even made a comment on my brown eyes. and even though cindy's going out with justin, she won't admit to liking him, but she 'claims' him. Then justin told some people that him and cindy were only friends, and now cindy's mad at him, and she won't really speak to me either. this is all so confusing, what should i do??

If you want to go out with Justin I would tell Cindy that you really like him and that she has known this for some time. Tell her you were hurt when she started seeing him since you told her your feelings about him and that since she doesn't like him you don't feel guilty about going out with him. Tell her to grow up, that she can't claim a person, and saying so is disrespectful to Justin. Suggest to her that she date guys that she likes and if she doesn't like them then let them be free to find someone else.

Well this is a touchy situation. Cindy needs to stop her s**t. You need to put Cindy and Justin to sit down and tell them they need to come straight. If Justin knows that he's not into Cindy he needs to tell her, and Cindy needs to stop playing with people minds. And don't take sides, let them talk it out but tell them that you are not choosing sides. What ever decision they make you have no part therefore if things go bad you will not have to fell bad about breaking up their friendship.

i think cindy is not a good friend for you.some girls are just after the taken guys or want to show that they are more attractive when it comes about hunting a guy..so just stop being cindy's friend and dont care that she's mad at you!

first all of all cindy is a backstabber she knew u liked justin first so that was wrong of her to claim him. also looks like she didnt really like him and just wanted to lord it over u that she got ur guy. so imn my opinion she shouldnt really be pissed off that he doesnt like her and sees her as a friend because she was practically using him. and looks like justin likes u instead so gurl go for it its her messed up luck in the first place.

If she doesn't want to speak to you then screw her. She's the one that betrayed you by going out with someone she KNEW you liked and she's not even being honest about it. Girls can be such sneaky little BITCHES sometimes. I know you are still young and this will pass but she was wrong. Don't let it get to though, I''m pretty sure you have other friends you can hang out with. You shouldn't hate her though but I don't think you should be that close with her anymore.
