Yeah.
I get that one sometimes too.
Along with lots of others 'FROM THE DESK OF' some ******** in Nigeria.
I've heard that several people have fallen for these scams, and have lost lots of money. I think these scam senders are the scurge of the earth. I now receive about 100 spam e-mails per day. It must be big business. I do wish there weren't so many gullible people in the world, but then most people fall for government scams too, like 9/11 and 7/7.
I wonder when the world will wake up, if ever.

With that sort of money it sounds like she should be paying for private healthcare in some incredibly clever advanced clinic in the USA or at least some alternative therapy centre in Switzerland! Scam - Scam - Scam - buy the book just out!

Yes, and if your daft enough to ask that here....
ITS A SCAM!!!
Want to know something... if you ever want to know if something is genuine or not... try this...
READ IT TO YOURSELF ALOUD!
sounds like a joke, but it works, if you hear yourself saying it you'll realise just what a joke it is...
these are scams run by companies in sygapore and such places... they have many stories (people wanting displomatic asylum and offering you a percentage of a transaction, a bank error which can only be sorted if the money is tranfered via your account of which you will receive X amount)
Their all scams... be smart and just report it as junk.

sweetie, this is a classic, preying on your empathy, had loads of these, come in regular doses, just classify as SPAM cause thats all it is, from what i've read is that its either people trying to launder money, or to access your bank account cause inevitably they ask for your bank account (never give it!!!) details, so they will probably try to hack it. the people who claim to be from africa or india or china or wherever, are hackers (probably first world citizens) who disguise their identity to fool you, the unsuspecting prey...be afraid, be very afraid...

that offer is not so true. it's a scam. don't reply to it. what they want is your account, and when they have it, you will be left empty-handed.
