Sorry to hear that! As a general rule electronics are most likely to fail with-in the first 30 days of use, and should be covered under warranty.

I know it is a drag, but that is the way it is!

First problem, it's a Phillips. Second problem, probably SPSU board defective. Seems to be a problem with these sets if it is the model I am thinking of. Call Phillips @1-888-744-5477. This number is unlisted and should get you past the fecal back-wash coffer dam they built to ward off pissed-off customers.

No. But i have an ipod nano that keeps on restarting and restarting and it doesnt work. I know people that had the same problem with there ipod nano. But i will tell you this plilips is a bad company! And citizen is 1 of the worst DONT ever but citizen.
