Most popular ones are:

Pindzur
Ajvar
Tavce Gravce

The last one is made by white beans and the first two are made by peppers and some other ingrediants of course. All three of them are very spicy just like most of the Macedonian food. All of the traditional food in Macedonia is more or less based on peppers because peppers are very popular there.
