A stock 2003 GT 5spd should do high 13's in the quarter mile if driven properly.

We have a lightly modified 2001 GT, basically the same car and it runs mid 13's in the 1/4 mile. Not rocket, but plenty fast for a street vehicle

I did about $1500 worth of upgrades on mine and increased the horsepower to about 350 and it was quick enough for street driving
