If you mean outside activities, I'd stick to a walk in the park, or something along those lines. When it's that cold, your body is working overtime to keep your body temperature up to warm not only you, but the baby as well.

Try taking a yoga class, or going to a gym that offers classes for pregnant women. I'm cross-stitching a baby blanket for my daughter. I watch old 50's black and white horror and romance films, and make my blanket. I just learned how, and it's nice to know I'll have something for him when he gets here.

Cross country skiing and snowshoing if you want to get outside.

learn to knit or crochet baby clothes if you'd rather stay inside!
