Yeah, sometimes, i think it's totally normal. By example If I say "el factoria" in the middle of a conversation, i correct my-self saying "im sorry, la factoria", you know what i mean? the mistakes you make when you're talking spanish or any other language get minor effect as soon as you keep learning and practising.

you should say
vice presidente
vee-se (as in send)
and presidente saounds similar to English but with the E and the end that sounds like the e in (enter)

Everybody is right, the translation is "VICE-PRESIDENTE", and that goes for Government and also Company positions.
It is read: "VEE-SEH PREH-SEE-DEN-TEH"
