I know the word for president, but I'm not sure if there's a term for vice president.

Yes there is a term for Vice President and it is
Vice Presidente
its almost the same as in english

There is almost connection with that word in Spanish it is vice presidente.

Yeah, sometimes, i think it's totally normal. By example If I say "el factoria" in the middle of a conversation, i correct my-self saying "im sorry, la factoria", you know what i mean? the mistakes you make when you're talking spanish or any other language get minor effect as soon as you keep learning and practising.

you should say
vice presidente

vee-se (as in send)
and presidente saounds similar to English but with the E and the end that sounds like the e in (enter)

Everybody is right, the translation is "VICE-PRESIDENTE", and that goes for Government and also Company positions.

It is read: "VEE-SEH PREH-SEE-DEN-TEH"
