Well wasn't that movie Monty Python's Life of Brian? And he isn't Christ in that movie. Note, it isn't called Life of Christ! They are making a very funny parody, and not anything more

Yes if Christ did really in fact exist ( and there is very little proof of this) then he proclaimed himself to be the 'Messiah' he was indeed a very, very, naughty boy!
Just as a matter of interest, I wonder how many 'Christians' actually know what the 'Messiah' is???
I can save you all a bit of time here, no need to look it up, I thought you may know???
'Messiah' is the 'Deliverer' expected by the the Jews!! And still expected!
The Jews respect Christ as a Prophet , the Islamic religion respects Christ as a Prophet,( I don't think he ever existed)!!
But the story goes that this guy was crucified for blasphemy, so he must have been a very naughty boy!!
Another really good story is about 'Harvey' a giant but invisible white rabbit!! Have you read that one? its pretty good!!
Hope this helps???

That is Hollywood for you, Friend you should know by now Hollywood will say anything to make money, Mary when she had concieved, Jesus Christ By God planting that into her body, God told Mary exactly who Jesus is & will be. It was not a surprise to Mary & Mary never did say that Christ was not the Messiah, In fact Mary Knew that he was the Messiah, Don't listern to any movie makers.

I watched a movie where I saw a bullet bounce off superman's chest and I believed that too. Come on, wake up it was just a movie. Or are you saying we can all stop studying history and just go to the movies from now on.

the only place to learn about Christ is in the Bible. don't take anything hollywood has to say about Christ seriously unless it corresponds with what the Bible says. His mom did believe that He was the Messiah, by saying thing like "Whatever He tells you to do, do it." Check your Bible before you believe anything! :)

The first thing is who directed, or produced the movie.
Second, actually this should be first, do you believe everything you see in movies?
3> The BIBLE is where you need to go to ge your info on Jesus. If you want shortcuts, go to a Christian bookstore, or betteryet, a Christian website. (I actually have the Bible on my lap-top so it's always with me).

You can't be serious about questioning other people's beliefs based on a film.
