Wheat thins may be healthy, since the food triangle recommends us about 6-11 servings of it per day.
Stir Fry can be healthy, since it has the many vegetables, but an overdose of it may result in unhealthiness, since the sauce and chicken.

wheat thins eaten in moderation are fine, i mean you wouldnt want to live on them. The stir fry is ok too, just go easy on the szechuan sauce as thats about the only unhealthy thing in it

for the most part Wheat thins are alright I would not overindulge in them because of the sodium. Just keep with a few like 5-7.
If you use fresh veggies and no soy sauce It's healthy. Just keep the portion size down.
You can eat anything if the portion size is right!

The wheat thins I'm not sure about, but the stir-fry definitely is healthy. Sounds good, too.

I love both fruits and fresh vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event that it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

wheat thins aren't haelthy nothing made with processed grains really is, and it's the sauces that make most foods unhealthy so skip the sauce and you're good to go.
