some ppl post Q here about the origin of jews,christians and muslims and say that muslims from the prophet ismael(PBUH) and say its at the bible ,if the bible is saying that jews and muslims from different origin then its a great proof that the bible is corrupted ,why? because many jews converted to islam http://jewsforallah.com
and also christians,now tell me do they changed their origin after converting?

The Old Testament claims Isaac was the son promised to bless the world with a savior through Israel. The Muslims claim Ishmael is the favored son of God and Abraham and that the scriptures were corrupted. Apostle Paul in the New Testament Book of Galations confirms "the promise of Isaac in chapter 4:21-5:1. The problem with Islam's claim of corrupted scriptures is that we have 36,000 scriptures written by the church fathers dating from 90-100 AD that can recreate the entire New Testament, with the exception of a few verses in the book of 3John. Additionally, we now have the Dead Sea Scrolls which were recently discovered in the caves of Qumran. Both the DSCs and the aforementioned 36,000 scriptures are remarkably identicle to the Bible we read today. We have over 6000 Greek manuscripts of the Bible...where are the corrupted versions? The only answers I have heard from Muslims to this information is that it is a great deception or the Quran must be believed because it is divinely inspired.

As for the idea that padwinlearner put forth in her response, she is partially correct. While Ishmael is the father of the Arabs, the Arabs are overwhelmingly Muslims. Furthermore, Islam was spread by Muhammed to the surrounding nations starting around 610AD. These Muslims also consider Ishmael as the favored son, not Isaac. In their eyes, this promise applies to Islam not just Arabia.

Btw, let's look at what the Bible says about Ismael and his descendants:

The angel added, I will increase your descendants so much that they will be too numerous to count.”11 The angel of the Lord also said to her: you are now pregnant and you will give birth to a son. You shall name him Ishmael, for the Lord has heard of your misery. 12 He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone’s hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers.

That does not prove the Bible is as you say "corrupt."

Actually, the Bible says that Abraham had two sons, one who went on to father the Arab nations - not the Muslim nations - the other who went on to be the forefather of the Jewish nation - not the Jewish religion. You are mixing faiths with genetic ancestry.
