This is because the toenail is slightly thicker than the fingernail and it can cause slower time to produce all of the right vitiamins to make the toenail so thick! I know how bad it hurts... Just takes patince... Get to feeling better

i know precisely the way you experience, it is my problem too! yet do no longer hardship, it is quite uncomplicated and commonplace. in actuality, i think of it would be extraordinary and kinda of gross if somebody had susceptible and skinny toenails! Your toenails are meant to be long and strong, to your feet could desire to circulate by way of a lot extra effective than your palms. So do no longer hardship approximately your toenails, they are commonplace! (: area of the reason your fingernails won't be growing to be that long and injury oftentimes is which you will possibly no longer be getting adequate calcium. issues like ingesting milk, ingesting extra dairy or maybe taking calcium pills will make your nails extra advantageous. What works for me too is utilising Burt Bee's cuticle cream. Your placed it on your cuticles and a few of your nails and that they develop into extra advantageous! you additionally can attempt utilising nail hardener. it incredibly is like nail polish, yet thicker and extra advantageous. It completely works and hardens your nails! wish I helped! :D
