One of my professors attended the local Unitarian Church since believe in a God of any kind was not a requirement. It gave them the chance to congregate and meet with like minded families.

No, it's not regular. As you know we're constantly rutting indiscriminately with anything that has a pulse, so making formal arrangements isn't really needed. Hope this helps.

dude, i dont think an atheist would be interesting in a "loving on each other" session. give me a break! (by the way, one of the things about atheists is that they don't need the kind of support systems that other people need).

Once that happens then a religion emerges and in the strict sense of it , they are no longer atheists.
