Everytime i walk into my kitchen..
i hear strange noises!!!
and once, when i opened the cabinet,
a man was hiding in it. and when i came back with a knife, he was gone..
and once i found him in the fridge!!
what should i do, this is really creeping me out!

Sounds like you need to talk to a doctor about this one...maybe if you go to a hospital ER they'll help you figure out the strange noises and and weird visitors.

Sight-related hallucinations are a somewhat common side effect of some of the more powerful drugs on the market, especially antidepressants and sleep medications.
Talk to a good psychiatrist about this to get a 2nd opinion about this problem and to see how it fits with your current mental health condition.

You should LAY DOWN after you take your Ambien and go to sleep. You won't see the creepy man in your kitchen any more if you do that.

Ask him to mow the lawn and take out the garbage. That should get rid of him.

If you are serious try locking your doors or ask him to do something around the house.
