Here is a list of known vehicles that can use E85 ethanol fuels

Unfortunately, the 2005 Dodge Durango is not on that list. Sorry.

I don't think this model was introduced with Flex-Fuel capabilites. DO NOT use the corn-based ethanol as it is corrosive to fuel lines.
