I don't like deserts; I'm not a big fan of sand or not having water.
DESSERTS, on the other hand...I'm a chocolate freak. I made a chocolate cheesecake last weekend & it was faaaaaaaaaantastic!

Butterscotch tart / flan which the school cook used to make. Thick brown gooey and slightly vanilla flavoured I think.
Cooked on top of pastry that was still a bit uncooked underneath.
Amazing :)
