My mother has been cheating on my step father for YEARS now and I know all about it. My step father is the best thing that ever happened to my life and I don't want to hurt him or get in the middle of things but I feel horrible having this information and not doing anything about it. Also I just found out that my step father has started having an afair as well BUT my mom does know about it. What should I do???

sounds like its going to hit the ceiling sooner rather than later. don't say anything to no one. it's all going to come out very soon. don't worry about your mom or your step dad. it sounds as though they are already moving on. think about yourself. because once this come out in the open, then your probably going to be the one that takes it the hardest. your parents already have someone else to fall back on.

It sounds like they've both decided to carry on separate lives from one another. Some times adults grow away from each other. No matter how much we wish it didn't happen. Its sad but true.Kids can not usually change the grown ups minds. So I would say stay out of the middle of things and hope for the best.Good Luck Sweetie

sincerely that is your mom and stepdad problem. Anyway tell your mom about your stepdad. why you should tell your mom? because your mom is your blood and stepdad is just a passing friend. Well talk to your mom first and thn let she decide what to do if to stop the affair she has and make time for your stepdad or just leave it like that

KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! If you spill the beans it may mean the end to their marriage. If they get divorced they may resent you. Each parent may know about the other's affair anyway. Stay out of it and don't add insult to injury. Besides, if you know those intimate details about them it's because your snooping. MYOB.

You shouldn't know these things, it's not good for you emotionally. The right thing to do is keep out of it, but if you are young then it's hard for you to live with and keep these secrets. Is there a trusted family member you can talk to?

I wouldn't tell just yet. If your mom or step dad get on your case about something, then point out that they had an affair.

You need to talk to someone who knows you. A counselor at school, someone at church, an Uncle or Aunt. Talk to someone you trust and let them know how you feel.
You will get some guidance....
