Yes, you should talk to a lawyer and demand all the money they stole from you as a child. That's theivery and its considered a sin in the bible.
Thou shall not steal... I didnt write it, I just repeat it...

There is no such thing as an ex - Catholic. What a person is who does not practice the Faith any longer is a lapsed Catholic or a traitor to the Kingdom of God.

Refund on what?
Just because you no longer believe in Catholicism? Maybe even Christianity? Did you donate or paid for services?
If you donated, you did so for God (if you believe He existed)? Donation is exactly that? Once given, it is gone. It is not yours any longer.
What about services? If you paid for services, did you received them? Probably.
What you believe is yours. Choosing not to believe in Catholicism does not give you the right to a refund.
One last point: Question like this one are not helpful in dealing with belief issues.

Your argument might get somewhere if you kept your receipts. You do remember who collected your money . . . right? Catholic Church is a bit ambigous for call witnesses unless you have the dates from the receipts. Start with the actual collector first.

Shut up. The key word here is "GAVE." When you donate or give money, you can't take it back!
If this was supposed to be a joke, it's not funny.
I think you're trying to make the Church look stupid.
