Wicca protection spell?

Question

hi im new to wicca. id like to try a protection spell to protect from spirit adn physical damage while im meditating/whatever else? could you please tell me a way of performing the protection spell? nb.this question isnt only for wicca ill be gratefull to anyone that answers unless the answer is stupid :)

ok...dont tell em to read the bible coz i did i was a christian....and if you read about the wicca and stuff its more natural [im not atacking anyone here] the some other religions. isnt it in christian belief that you should respect other religions? coz if is - if i remember correctly - then how can you pleople call yourself christians?!?!?!

Magik and spells are an exertion of will. The words have power because you give them power. So do some research and come up with your own, it will give you great protection. I suggest that you turn your studies toward consciousness and the will. By familiarizing yourself with consciousness and how it interacts with prana(or the energy of life), the personality, and thought process you will eventually be able to continually be in a state of "creating your own reality" or experiencing unity.

One thing you may want to try is crossing your feet or legs or arms or hands. Your body is a network of energy. There is usually a continual outgoing and ingoing of energy. By crossing your extremities you are able to "close" the circuit and keep it circular. This means that psychic attacks cannot penetrate.

You say that you are new to wicca? Because most do, I will assume that you have some sort of Christian background. You may want to look into some of the mystical writings about prayer. Prayer is also simply an exertion of will, as is the sacred rite of communion.

It is important to note, that while magik and spells (and prayer) are essentially an exertion of will, there is another more beautiful side to it. Completely release your will and align with the natural flow of Spirit. In this, you will find that you are not with want for anything (including protection from spirits or energies).

I see your disclaimer to the fundamentals that tend to hang around this Q&A... in this time, on this planet, in this culture these kinds of people will never stop judging you. Accept it, accept them, but primarily accept yourself. You know there is nothing wrong with who you are and what you do, you don't need to defend yourself.

I don't have any spells for you, as I don't do magic, but there are a lot of good spellbooks on the market, check the Internet. The Wiccan religion has long standing traditions in early European culture, much older than the current modern religions, and is as viable as any. After all, what's the real difference between a ritual spell and praying real hard to Jesus or Allah or God Almighty for something? They both seek some benefit, or an end result from a higher power through words, chants, thoughts or deeds, and both rely on a supernatural connection to grant wishes, special powers, favors and rewards, or simply put, it's all just different ways of performing magic. People and spiritual beings around you are deceiving you.

Although they might call it a "protection spell" any involvement with both Wicca and spells puts you in immediate danger.

Read an understandable version of the Bible instead. Start with the New Testament. You will learn that protection and power come from God alone. True miracles and amazing feats including distant seeing, healing, raising of the dead, and knowing the future come from a true and deep relationship with Jesus Christ, the Living God.

Yield yourself to Him and run away from anything that has to do with magic, Wicca, and the occult. Do it now before it is too late!

The biggest problem here is that you actually seem to believe in this superstitious nonsense. You live in the 21st Century for goodness sake - grow up and put away such foolish intentions.
Think about this real hard - if spells and such actually worked, don't you think EVERY teenager in the world would be putting a hex on people they don't like? Get your head out of your butt and grow up.
