was he an honest cop among fighting corruption or was he just an agitator?

both and he had balls the size of watermelons. he was lucky to pull off what he did. our system needs more like him. its unfortunate that most police and government officials are above the law.

I think he was an honest cop crusading against the corruption that was going on around him but I also think that being shot in the head did more damage than was originally thought and he's gone a bit far in his accusations. I don't blame him because I think anyone, under similar circumstances could have gone the same way. I wish him well even if I don't always agree with him.

couldn't he be both if he was agitating against the corrupt establishment?...but if I have to choose, I go with honest cop
