I'm not sure why you posted in the Infectious Diseases section, but fibroids aren't infectious. Your wife will not be eligible for treatment for this condition on the NHS as it is not an emergency. If you're willing to pay, she could have a consultation with a gynaecologist in a private hospital or clinic, but it will be very expensive. She will also need to undergo investigations to confirm that she has fibroids, again that will be costly.
