You mean convert FLV to MPEG or AVI???
Any way .... This is a really good program converts aloooot of video formats, It called Total Video Converter .I'm sure you'll like it. check it out:

Instead of converting the file, Use the FLV player to watch the files. Much easier than to actually convert them.
