At times our mercy turns out to be our crime.
When we hesitate to disclose the name of a rapist or a murderer out of our mercy towards that particular criminal fearing the kind of punishment that may be meted out, we are committing a crime, not showering our mercy.
When we have a very soft approach towards the terrorists in the name of 'human rights', we are doing nothing but a crime.

Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Hosea 6:6 For I desire mercy and not sacrifice, And the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings

Luke 1:50 And His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation.
Our- does this mean Christians? Mercy-favor not earned;compassion, justice, crime-not lawful

How can our mercy be our crime? Is a person or group taking advantage of Christians because we show mercy? The crime would not be our mercy, mercy is a blessing,compassion-how can this be un-lawful, or wrong?? Please explain the question as I can not see how mercy would be a crime, unless it was a mercy killing-helping one die.

mercy may be looked upon as weak by the worlds standards, what is considered weak in mans eyes will be used to make a mockery of that wich is considered strong.
