We have all stolen or hated someone. We cannot absolve our own sins. Through Jesus, God forgives us.

To steal means to almost everyone who knows, that one can not be trusted. Even if a person never steals again, the thought is there , that one can never be trusted again.
To Kill means, that you will never have one day of Peace on this earth as long as one should live. Even in Religion, there is forgiveness, but the thoughts will always remain, that a person has killed. Even in Religions, as the sins have been commited. Poverty is another thing. When people live in Poverty, they are not or should not be shunned. A poverty stricken theif or a poverty stricken killer, will not be pitied. But our religion would try to pick them up and help. These people will never have peacefull thoughts without good Christian support and counseling . The best way to survive is to work hard. Poverty does not have to be supported, by theifs, or killers. These two horrible crimes, should not happen, when people live in poverty. No excuse.

In Christianity, Jesus who died on the cross for us, absolves our sins. This does not mean we are to do whatever we like. But if we found we have done something we are sorry for, Jesus, who is the light of the world is our way to forgiveness. In America, you do not need to steal and kill to survive. Every city/state has guidelines in place to help. From food to shelter to schooling to get a job. If you are not in America and yet have access to the Internet, check out local resources where you live. Good Luck.

That would depend on what your belief system is. Poverty does not absolve you of anything, it just means you are poor.
IF you believe in God, then you accept Jesus as your savior and ask for forgiveness and your sins are forgiven. It does not mean you will not be punished, just forgiven. You must separate church and state.

Even if the sin was comitted in the act of surviving, it remains a sin. That you HAD to in order to keep breathing is a mitigating circumstance. It is NOT a get-out-of-jail free card.
Penance for the ACT will be necessary. Repentance for comitting the act will be necessary. But it is not necessary to beat yourself up about that necessity.

My response my not be of the mahority though I am a strong believer in Jesus and what he means to me as my savior. If you read in the first testiment of the King James, even an infant can notice the clear and absolute stories of war and death. The commandment were given to Moses which came long before Jesus. These commandments are not as clear as exact as many "scholars" inturpet them. I think many agree once they read the book for themselves. Wars are atributed to land and GOD driven death to people who got handed to the seperate tribes of Dan and so forth to many other leaders, generals like Moses, and even David the King. These are not fairy tale charictors as culture makes them out to be today. These were men of WAR, death and killing machines. The old testiment talks of men killing in the name of GOD and his will even as in Davin and Goliath... Once that boy became king he was said to KILL 10's of thousands of men hiimself.... More than King Sal... Does he make it into the kingdom?.... Jesus came and preached a new way of LIFE with love and respect for others because we are all brothers and sisters from one GOD. he said he is the way and I believe him myself.. we are all little in faith and we all share the same energy from one source which we will never ever fully understand. Jesus was tourchered and stuck to a cross and the only thing I can contest to is that him being the SON OF GOD even foregave the men killing him because they understood nothing. Jesus will save your soul when you die if you believe in him. Something happens whenn we die though no one knows until it happens. We have signs and ideas but we really dont know.... your life will suffer the punishment of what your decisions are and your energy will be used or tossed away for being "good" or "bad ". If you hold no guilt for your actions than your soul remain good energy despite your actions. Guilt is an emotion caused from a reaction of energy releasing enorphins when you understand right from wrong. The more you understand the less guilt you will have and the closer to GOD and JESUS you will become. Killing is such a wide open issue anyway because every time you step on a bug you kill something... and NO PLACE IN THE KING JAMES DOES IT SAY THOU SHALL NOT KILL A MAN OR A WOMAN FOR ANY PARTICULAR REASON....It only says thou shal not kill... You tell me who gave who the right to assume that ment men and women.. and excluding men of other countries if foriegn millitary units. Oh and I dont think the King James says thou shall ot kill men unless they are armed with an ak 47 either... Jesus speaks of turning the other cheak is the holy way.. if you kkonw better than to kill then your best bet is to turn away from the situation and even lay your own life on the line so that they may benifit before you from a death on this earth. If you kill someone in war or not, survival or not, out of anger or love,, you will face the consequence and be forsaken by GOD. Your life will be returned the experience that it creates for others while connected in this world. LOVE and GIVE is the key to turning your own life around with the lord once you have accepted him as your saviour in your heart.. Loving and Giving yourself here to another and sacrofice of yourself for another will take you out of poverty if your heart is in the "right" or "good" place... You won't have to kill or steal..

God's concern is what is the true intent of a person; where is there heart. Anything you do can be overlooked if you are a merciful loving person who repents of any sins. Have mercy on others and you will recieve it from God.

depends on your religion,
but my god, the one and only true god, will take care of your needs without you having to kill or steal.
he also forgives you of all your sins past present and future, when you want to change and pledge to follow him.
this was made possably by jesus dying on the cross.
