Approach the companies yourself.

Many agencies will just send you info you can find out yourself.

But if something is free, no harm there.

The answer above that refers to PPrune should read pprune.org (not .com). It stands for Professional Pilots Rumour Network and it's a busy site full of forums mostly used by profesional aircrew and other people employed in the aviaiton industry.

You haven't said what you want the information for. Are you interested in a career in aviation?

It depends what you want the information for. If you want to join an air or shipping line contact them direct. If you want specific information as to crews of specific flights/voyage's you will not get this. This is confidential/security sensitive information.
