Yes.

As for your link, so right!!!

In my opinion, we don't let them break the laws. Our government does and I think we all know why.

It's because our government has become the puppets and the whores of Big Business.

The government make sure big business has cheap labor but they don't pass on any of the savings to us.

They pocket the profits and let us have all the illegal aliens on Welfare and food stamps and public housing and medicaid to pay for!

Great deal for everybody except the American Taxpayers!!!

Duhhhhh........Well i read through all the answers before I answered and have learned a few things. There appear to be a lot of people out there in this country who are not clear about this country and what it truly means to be a citizen. I suggest 2 very informative downloads at, loudobbs.com .They are The Constitution, and The Declaration of Independence. Please go there and read these documents. I know that there a many, many, people in high places that tell us daily what the words are supposed to mean, but read them for yourselves, they are easy to understand. You will not need anyone to help you. Then ...please act on those words..Take back your government and your country. Civil disobedience is the DUTY of every American citizen. It is your duty to keep a constant vigil over the government lest they f..k us. Government BY the people. God Bless America

Illegal typically means against the law, so yes. No large steps are taken to end this however I believe because many politicians are scared to take a direct stand against illegal immigration. It's a touchy subject in America and they're scared to lose votes from those who support it to a degree. That and whether Americans want to admit it or not, they do do some jobs that many of us would find unsavory in general. Not to say some Americans wouldn't want said jobs, but the labor of illegal immigrants does further our economy a bit.

Yes they are breaking the law, that is what illegal means. Why are they allowed?? Cheap labor!! Mexico has a stock market of 20000+ a country with an abundance of cheap labor and monopolies. The USA corporations are merging, buying out getting bigger and bigger, to achieve what Mexico has we need cheap labor. Sounding a bit radical? How much truth is there in such radical thinking???

Yes.

Because most people are afraid of being called a 'racist' and that's exactly what we're called for wanting our immigration laws enforced. Therefore, the situation gets avoided.

Yes of course the illegals are breaking the law as are the people that hire, shelter, protect, aid and abet them

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

assists an illegal alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
encourages that illegal alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Some of them, just like citizens are or have broken laws in the countries they've left and where they are currently.
They're let in to do jobs that so many others do not care to do. They are an important part of our workforce.

Where are you from?! The educational system where you were taught failed you miserably. Illegal in itself means "against the law, not abiding by the law". Wha...?? ~(O.o)~
