I like this question. I haven't really changed ideologies, or religions, so the answer in my case is "no". I wonder about others who have changed, but who no longer seem to understand the other side. It seems to me that converts to a different way of thinking or a different belief system often make a radical change, and immediately close their minds.

I was never big on ideologies-I've always been more of a pragmatist so I don't have anything in my past to haunt me but I do look back on some of the socialist ideals of my youth and wonder how I could have been so naive.
