ohkay ive been depressed alot lately and i dont now why like i know i have a depression problem but now its really bad ive been cutting my self on my arms and legs and i want to cut on my neck but idk if i need help or not i dont know what to do and with all the depression its like i hate food and i hate eating i pick at my food al the time i lost at least 40 lb and its hard not to cry every nyte im eating but like i dont like the food i dont like how it tastes all my fav. foods i hate now What do you think i should do?

Sweetie, you need to talk to someone who can help you. Tell your parents, school counselor, doctor, teacher, or any other adult you trust what's going on. You don't have to tell them that you're cutting if you don't want to, just that you're depressed. I know it might seem like there's nothing anyone can do, but it's not true. There are medications that can help with the depression, and talk therapy can help as well. A psychologist can help you learn healthier ways to deal with things instead of cutting, and help you figure out what's going on around food. They can also help you figure out what's at the root of your problems, so you can start to work on fixing whatever is really wrong instead of hurting yourself.

you should talk to someone a a councilor or parent or friend someone who can help you. Depression is a hard thing to deal with as is cutting and eating disorders. I understand where you are coming from. Talk to someone for starters to try and get more help.
