Anything sweetened with Nutrasweet is, of course, aspartame. Things sweetened with Splenda don't have it because Splenda is made from sugar (but isn't).
I was shocked to see that even some flavored waters have aspartame in them.
I've shopped with a diabetic friend, and he pretty much relies on either the diet colas or else the sugar-free 4C tea drink flavorings in little tubes (for adding to a single-service bottle of water). The other teas often have phenylanenes, which most people don't like either.
Any chance you'd want to be bothered adding the 4C flavored tea to carbonated water? They have several flavors. I don't recall all, but they include green tea, lemon, raspberry, pomegranite, peach, others. They are "all natural", a little less convenient than a bottle of soda, but - particularly if you add less than the whole tube - they aren't too bad (especially for the person who already is used to drinking diet Coke).

Try eliminating unnatural drinks such as soda and fake juice al together. Water is the best. I drink only 1 cup of coffee in the morning, Gatorade, green tea, water and milk, juice sometimes. I started this about 7 months ago and my skin looks better and I feel better too. I just think any softdrink, pop, soda, coke, whatever different parts of the US call it, are very bad for our bodies.

You betcha........Schweppes Diet Tonic Water.....refreshing, fizzy and inexpensive. Fill a large glass with ice, some lime slices and their juice and add your SDTW.....FYI: I cured my RSS (restless leg syndrome) drinking this stuff 18 months ago.....it's the quinine in it that helps! It will also diminish your craving for carbs, say in wine or OABs if you are wanting a delightful beverage for the Holidays when we all tend to overindulge in food & drink. Try it.....you'll be pleasantly surprised; and you can add cranberry juice or whatever to vary the flavor. Cheers!

How about a Perrier or Pellegrino with fresh lime or orange or cucumber slices? Very refreshing and definitely no aspartame

You are right about that. Aspartame is terrible, especially when you have aspartame poisoning, anyways, Diet rite is good..and it comes in all flavors...just look for things that involve splenda

Just go for sugar, the real thing. I prefer something that isn't created in a laboratory.
