The main thing I want to stress to you is what ever you do, be wise in what you do. Going on starvation diets take a toll on your overall health and will generally pile on the pounds a little later,

It's not healthy to lose a great amount of weight in a short period of time. Working out and dieting too much can be harmful. He's already going to marry you, but being a guy maybe I don't understand. The best weight loss plan I was ever on, was the stomache flu. Lost 10 lbs in 3 days. Not the best way, but that was a lot of weight.

je te conseille d'arreter de diner la nuit: un bon petit dej le matin, dejeune bien à midi et maximum un fruit à 19h, ne mange plus de pain ou si tu veux, remplace le par du riz (30g pain= 100g de riz!), et fais au moins 1heure de marche chaque jour.

ok, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! thats bad and can ruin your life. Put your mind to it and have motivation! Exercize a lot and watch your portions.
