This first happened in augaust. I thought I had a cavity in a right molar. So I bought some tooth ache medicine. About five miniutes after arriving home the pain was gone. Next week in the same grocery store it happened again. The pain was all the way from the right TMJ to the right temple. So I called it a store head ache. Yesterday it happened for the third time, and I am wondering if there is anything in the store that is causing it. It just occures in one grocery store, and the pain is allways on the right side.

Maybe it is the lights in the store-are the lights very bright?Certain lights can give you a headache.

Was the store recently built? My mother had a similar problem when they built a new store in our town; she always got a headache when she went inside. We believe it may have been from some sort of smell or vapor since everything was new. After a while she stopped getting the head aches.

I'll second that it could be the lights. Fluorescent can give me headaches, only mine don't go away when I leave the store. I take mine along for the day after I leave the store.
I get headaches from perfume, too, so the cleaning aisle is another dangerous place for me. I hate to tell you, but it sounds like migraine to me, one sided and into the teeth and jaw. Mine used to be only on the right side for years. Sorry that you have it, but only from one store sounds good to me.

It could be something bothering your sinuses. Sinus aches always manifest in my back teeth and feel like cavity aches. It could be anything in the store, from a new ventilation system, to chemicals in cleaners, wall coverings, floor waxes, packaging, products for sale, or anything! There's one store I go to that always leaves me extremely thirsty and dried out. I think they have dehumidifiers installed, just to get people to buy the drinks you can get cups for at the cash register.

You need to see an allergist as it sounds as though you are having a mild allergic reaction to something in the store.

That store likely has something in it that others don't have. Mold. fresh nuts, mildew, new paint, a cleaner they use are some of the countless possible causes.

See you doctor for a referral to an allergist or avoid that store.
