You don't usually notice the weight you've lost for a while... but others do.

Don't worry about it.

Eventually, those that know you will compliment you.
And you'll feel awesome.

You should get a tape rule and measure yourself. You can easily tell if you've lost weight by checking your measurements. The scale might not pick up on any weight changes especially if you are losing fat and gaining muscles (which weighs more than fat). You could also use a scale that lets you know the percentage of body fat that you have lost.

Just because you cant see it doesnt mean to say you havent lost it! We all say scales lie apart from when they're making us lighter. You dont know where you've lost it from. But as long as you're dieting healthily I wouldnt be worrying.

There is a mental concept called "BDD" body dismorphic disorder. It just means that you have trouble seeing your body as it truly is.

Also there is a possibility that you have just dropped fat and added muscle which would take time to show.

remember, muscle weighs more than fat. I don't know your case, but if you are dieting way more than you are exercising, your muscle mass will shrink very quickly, leaving you with less weight on the scale, but is doesn't mean less fat...
