You need a doctor, an internal medical specialist. If you have to go to a ER go to one with a teaching hospital where there'll be a variety of doctors because it sounds like you have a variety of symptoms and need some lab work. Good luck

I'm a RN and have taught Nursing for over 20 years. If you are experiencing all of those medical symptoms you definitely need to be examined by your physician and have some lab work done also. If the pain medication isn't working for you tell your physician as there are numerous medications that help with muscle pain beside analgesics. Constipation and diarrhea can be side effects of pain medicine. Please turn to professionals to determine the possible causes of your symptoms rather than someone on this site who might be guessing and diagnosing you without a medical licence. Since your medical symptoms are affecting your ability to perfom your daily activities normally, it is time you made that doctor's appoinment for yourself. Good luck to you.
