They're saying, "I'm the one in charge here...so shut up and clean it!"

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing! Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

As cats are naturally very clean animals, they probably smell a clean duvet and hence throw up on it.
They have done that to me after I've had carpet cleaned.
Otherwise its called 'sods law'!

I agree with Alice, lol! I tried to put some newspaper just under my cat's mouth (during the heaving part), and she'll turn away at the last minute to throw up on the carpet! I've even tried to carry her to the kitchen tile floor, but she she runs out and finds the carpet all the time!!!

they think that the duvet will hide it in some way like soaking it up, and sometimes they try to pull the duvet around the sick to hide it

Haha, don't they just.

I have no carpet downstairs. Why does my cat always throw up on the rug in the kitchen?

My cat's only puked on a bed once....and it was my son's and only on the sheet....so no biggie. He's a pretty good kitty, jumping down on the floor to hack it up. I do wish, however, that he would learn how to yack on the linoleum.
