There are a lot single dating clubs these days. Join them! Go in the spirit of just meeting people - that will take the pressure off and you will enjoy yourself.
You have to take a few small steps to get out into the world. It will get easier!

Do you have a bad case of acne...hence the clear up?
Are you unable to leave the house because you weigh 700 and won't fit through the door?
I might suggest if neither of the above are true... just get off the computer and go out...meet people, make friends especialy women....
In time you won't be alone.

Go to the mall you will be able to see new people and make new friends. ya'll will talk a little bit walk around and get to know each other. Then soon ya'll will exchange numbers and call each other, affter that you and that person will be friends!!

If you can't find a friend, get a dog. You'll never be a lone and you'll have some one that loves you all the time. Then you'll have to walk it and you'll meet another person walking their dog and you'll fall madly in love and have lots of kids and never be a lone again! :-)
