They will say what they want to say no matter how much truth is behind it as long as it serves their own agenda. They have seen how many Christians are converting to Islam and frankly it scares them. They want to keep people away from it so they broadcast evil stories to those that trust that they will tell the truth.
I say let them be and when they face the Creator they will have to explain themselves. They may mislead many people, however many more can smell a bad potato and know when not to use it.

Ive personally never heard of the "700 club" What is it a TV show? a group? where are they? USA? UK? Anyway if they are saying that stuff they have to worry about there ownselves brother. We know the truth and inshallah Allah does too.

He can be judgmental and offensive, but we do live in America and freedom of speech is one of our rights. The best way to get a TV show off the air is to stop watching it. The higher his ratings the longer it's going to stay on the air. I don't agree with a lot of things he says, so I don't watch him any more.

Never saw the show.
But, I'd say they have the Right to Freedom of Speech as much as the others have the right to sue.
Works both ways.
Insofar as what Islam really is, well, let's wait and watch.

I never cared about Pat Robertson but wouldn't Islam try and change the angry kill the West and suicide bombings help their image.
You never associate that kind of madness with Mennonites, Jehovah's Witnesses and Amish groups.
