I use Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Photoshop illustrator. both are really good to fix photos I take (im into photography) and Illustrator can change graphics into vector graphics for large printouts and posters. Adobe has done a terrific job making software for photo editing and working on graphics.

I use a photo supermarket called Picasa as it does everything, especially good on the organizing front and it costs no money.
