i heard that once a person is close to dying they see death walking near them.

Yes. As we are dying, God shows whats ahead, and remember the blind man is no longer blind in heaven. amen. Besides that, we dont always need our eyes to see. When Gods presence enters, you know it, can feel it, and He tells you things as well as shows you things, and yes a blind person can see death coming. And, usually a blind person also have increased strength in the other senses, higher sense of smell, feel, hearing, etc. and they will just KNOW it, like we all will. they feel either angels taking them to heaven if they belief in God's son Jesus Christ or Demons taking them to hell to Lucifer if they don't belief in God's son Jesus.
