Maybe you are having little strokes, as to why you left side hurts. You pupils are big because the are dilated. The "cocaine" causes these symptoms. They also cause hallucinogens, so you are probably imagining your pupils getting bigger and smaller. They are actually just big and do not get smaller until the drug wears off. I am not going to tell you to stop using drugs. When you begin to love yourself, you will know what to do.

well could be anything around that area More details needed. what kind of pain (dull, sharp like a knife stabbing pain, crushing..). What work do you do? Any weight lifting. Well if you try asking someone to press down on your chest in the middle. If you feel pain, well the same kinda pain that you complain off that probably it is not heart. Also if you can make the pain come on like deep breathing, moving your shoulder or coughing, than probably not heart. Well what did they use to look at your heart with?? I m curious to know?

Yeah, that is not surprising. That is what happens when you destroy your body by ingesting that crap. I would strongly suggest getting some professional help and kick the habit. Or you could stay on the same road that you are on...especially if you prefer to die in a year or two. That's totally up to you. No one in here can make that decision for you. What do u expect. where do think this drug is taking u . Not health and happiness thats for sure.. I understand that everyone has a weakness but dont be a fool and stop destroying yourself while allowing these drug dealing sick sad pathetic parisites getting rich on the back of your misery. Drugs are destroying our world and by buying these drugs you are keeping these scum in business.. God will surely show them no mercy when he gets them on the carpet.
