all i get from this guy is sometimes he smiles at me
and get a hello from him some times. but the otherday i was in the pub and he didnt say nothing or didn t look at me
but he did brake his foot dont know i bet he lost intrest
please advise me

I don't think if he broke his foot he wouldn't be interested in you anymore. Smile back at him when you see him, and try and have small conversations with him whenever you can.

maybe he's just being polite to a lady with a smile or casual hello. Why don;t you try talking to him and see how he responds. I bet , then you'll know for sure if he fancies you... Some guys just needs a nudge to get things going. :o)

Why wait for him to make the advance? Go ask him out or buy him a drink. Damn... If a woman were interested in me I would be flattered to know, instead of missing as opportunity because of my shyness!

Show interest in him. Tell him you're sorry about his foot and startup a conversation. You should know soon enough.

Perhaps he is shy.
If you fancy him ask about his injury and try to "read" his response to see if he has any interest in you.
