rape bcuz a ur alive while ur raped,
murder is uhm ur just dead n dont feel anything
so i say rape

I'll play devil's advocate here....since everyone is saying rape.
I'll say murder.....especially if you have are the victim. At least you'd still be alive after you are raped. Not all rape victims become the sterotypical "rape victims" and are able to move past it and have a normal life.
The murder victim does not have a chance at moving past it and onto a normal life.
So, I'd rather be raped than murdered.

That depends on how you are looking at it. Legally, One can receive the death penalty for murder but not for rape. personally, I also believe murder is worse, you can be raped and still go on with your life...murder is forever.

sort of depends if it was murder in slef defense or to save a loved one then rape is worse but if it was a cold calculated murder than murder is worse

I would say murder, because the victim is dead, and in the rape case, the victim is usually left alive.

i would probally say murder bacause they didnt do any thing to loose their like.
but rape is bad to because that person has to live knowing that has been done to them

Rape...it's like someone's taken part of your soul and you can't get it back plus you have to live in embarassment the rest of your life...

Rape. I can see myself killing someone to protect myself or someone I care about. But a rapist is out to cause pain and torment to satisfy his own sick and depraved needs.

There is no such thing as "murder in self-defense." If a killing is done in self-defense, it is not murder.
Murder is worse in my opinion.
