I have a crush i mean is not like i love but i don't know what he feels for me... I'm very shy and when i like a guy i never tell him how i feel and then... surprise he find another girl. I really don't know what to do. Help!

Try to attract him the next time so he can notice you. Every girl feel the same way in having a crush but still you need to prove you can be someone to him. Let him know your smart, nice, and friendly person. Let him get the idea that you like him through action. But don't stare at him the long, or insult him. make him like you without him noticing you really like him! GOodluck!

A crush turns into a relationship when it is meant to be. You can tell if someone likes you even if they are shy. I have a guy at work who is shy but I can still tell he likes me...

You just answered your own question. You say you don't speak up or let them know you are interested, then they find someone else? Let them know. Ask them out. Don't sit b the sidelines while everyone else is having fun.
